The name is thought to have come from about 500 years ago there were the family or ranger called the Cockforesters and it is a corruption of this. Simply south 16:55, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Clarify, please

One of the short stories features a visit to "lost property" at Cockfosters Underground station
