Postseason drought
[edit]Can you do a list of CJHL franchise postseason droughts. That would be good. Do one with ECHL and AHL too. If a team has never made the postseason, Or winning a game, Or won a championship or making the postseason type in never (team entered in year) And do closest approaches without winning and cities awaiting their first ok. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.65.73.127 (talk) 18:44, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
- Without independent sources talking about it, all of the above sounds like original research and not allowed on Wikipedia. Also, the CHL is about development, so the teams tend to cycle from success to re-build quickly. The AHL is all about player development these days and less than half are not directly owned by their NHL parent team, so those teams appear to care less about team success and more about players. The ECHL is unstable in membership, so droughts are pointless as long as fans show up. Yosemiter (talk) 01:15, 8 October 2019 (UTC)
Ok. The Lindsay Muskies have the longest postseason drought in the CJHL. The Muskies last made the postseason in 2013. The Rapid City Rush have the longest postseason drought in the ECHL. The Rush last made the postseason in 2015. The Belleville Senators have the longest postseason drought in the AHL, The Senators last made the postseason in 2013 while they were in Binghamton. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.65.73.127 (talk) 14:56, 8 October 2019 (UTC)
