Duck wood?

[edit]

What's "duck wood?" I suspect this is just a typo, but I can't figure out what it was meant to say. Perhaps dark wood? --Reuben 18:38, 19 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Actually it's a mistranslation of 오리나무 ("duck tree"), aka Alnus japonica or the Japanese Alder. Fixed now. Cheers, -- Visviva 01:22, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, good catch. --Reuben 01:33, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
