- Keep. as a general he certainly passes the notability standard for biography, but it definately needs a ton of work, someone list it on COTW. ALKIVAR™

We also need an article for John Arrowsmith who was a founding member of the Royal Geographic Society and who produced the London Atlas which was rated as the best world atlas yet produced.
