Given the strong feelings Bush generates and the general catchiness of this phrase, I would expect it, had it actually been in significant use, to garner many more google hits than it does (436 displayed). Merge. This phrase was in common use for a month in 2003 to mark the perceived duplicity of countries such as Germany and France in their opposition to the Iraq War. It was invented by blogger Scott Ott of the Scrappleface website and used by the New York Post. However, it fell out of vogue very quickly afterwards. Capitalistroadster 18:28, 6 Mar 2005 (UTC)
