Talk:Symplectic Geometry
Article titles in Wikipedia should be lower case after the first letter (see Wikipedia:Naming conventions). There is already a symplectic geometry page (which currently redirects to symplectic manifold). This page duplicates much of the material there (also see symplectic vector space). We should really only have one page discussing each concept. -- Fropuff 05:11, 2005 Feb 6 (UTC)
Good points, all. Sorry I missed the naming conventions, and I don't know why I didn't find the articles before I started writing. Do we just replace this page with a redirect to symplectic geometry or delete it? Sympleko 12:01, 8 Feb 2005 (UTC)
The correct thing to do is to replace it with a redirect to symplectic manifold (to avoid a double redirect). Feel free to incorporate any of the material here on the appropriate page, or work on expanding those pages. -- Fropuff 15:05, 2005 Feb 8 (UTC)
