This is a spurious, unnecessary disambiguation page. It "disambiguates" Kmart Corporation from Kmart Plaza, Burwood East, itself a candidate for deletion. Regardless of the outcome of the VfD re Kmart Plaza, Burwood East, this page can safely be removed. --MarkSweep 07:25, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. Utterly pointless. Gamaliel 07:36, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Redirect to Kmart Plaza, Burwood East (assuming that survives), or alternatively, Burwood East. zoney ♣ talk 13:49, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- I would really disagree with the latter redirect. There are hundreds of shopping plazas that are or have been officially or colliquially known as "Kmart Plaza". Making this into a valid disambiguation page would be more effort than it's worth, and either redirect would be counterintuitive. My vote: either redirect to Kmart or delete. -Sean Curtin 00:44, Nov 17, 2004 (UTC)
- Is Kmart or the company behind this particular plaza trying to astroturf? Hasn't this been dealt with before, and who cares enough about a particular shopping plaza in Australia to have it listed in wikipedia?. My vote: Delete as non-notable. --rernst 14:27, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. It can be easily recreated when and if there is ever a need for it. [[User:Dpbsmith|Dpbsmith (talk)]] 14:32, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Delete: By no means redirect. I have lived in cities all over the South, and there are many, many, many K-Mart and Big K and Kmart Plazas. Geogre 15:13, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Comment: Check the history of that page. It originally referred to a different K-Mart Plaza :P I see no problem with this being a list of Kmart Plazas, but would such a list just be put up for deletion anyway? -- Chuq 00:36, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- I think it probably would, because it would be a list that could never be accurately populated. Nearly every entry would be very hard to verify, because, while you can use the Internet to look up a store location almost anywhere, you have a devil of a time knowing that it's the "K-Mart Plaza" instead of the "Bi-Lo Plaza." - K-mart has been driven from the country by Zellers and Wal-mart. No more blue light specials. :( The Steve 08:38, Nov 17, 2004 (UTC)
- What will it be called after Sears is done with them? Delete. GRider 17:47, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)
