Cousin
[edit]Christopher is Carmela's *second* cousin: Carmela's first cousin was Dickie Moltisanti (Carmela's father and Dickie's mother are siblings), and Christopher is Dickie's son.
How does that make him Carmela's *second* cousin? You just made a "fact" with evidence that does not back it up. Yes, it is true that Christopher's mom and Carmela are cousins. Chris and Carmela cannot be second cousins since they are one generation apart. Christopher and Carmela are first cousins *once removed*.
21st April 2007 - I made explicit the relationship both to Carmela and to Tony, in its own section.
June 3, 2007 - Are you the person who said Chris is Carmela's "second" cousin? Dickie and Carmela are first cousins, so Chris is somehow Carmela's "second" cousin? You do not understand the concept of a cousin. Chris, AJ and Meadow are second cousins. Chris and Carmela are still first cousins, but they are one generation apart. If they were second cousins, they would have the same great-grandmothers, which they don't. Therefore, they are first cousins once removed.
I'm not even going to edit the main page. If you still think Chris and Carmela are second cousins, then prove it. I already proved my claim. Have proof that shows they are second cousins because that "relationship" explanation does not back up the second cousin claim. It actually helps show that I am right.
