• Who as teens headed for New York seek a better life.

The Backstory

• Tandy Brown (Dagger) was a daughter borm in to a multimillionaire supermodel mother in Shaker Heights,Ohio.
• Tyrone Johnson or TY (Cloak) was borm in a slum in South Boston, Massachusetts with a speech impediment-a terrible stutter.
• Tandy runaway thinking her mother was too busy with her career and social life.
• TY ranaway when his friend died because TY was unable to say the words to saved him.
• In New Tork TY saved Tandy from a purse snatcher and the two started to become friends.
• They were kidnapped by Simon Marshall, a chemist working for "Silvermane" a gang leader, who was making a cheap heroin substitute.
• He began to testing it on TY & Tandy and other runaways.
• TY & Tandy are the only surviver.
• The drug changed them into the superpowered Cloak & Dagger.

The Powers

• Tyrone can projiect his dark dimension, letting it issue his cape to envelop anyone & anything he chooes.
• Dagger can mentally control the speed, direction, and power of her light daggers.
