Some proof, maybe?
[edit]I'd like to see proof of this:
'"Failing, Flailing" is sometimes played live with "9mm & a 3 Piece Suit" spliced into the song'
" Keasby Nights is sometimes spliced into Point/Counterpoint —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.127.10.180 (talk) 04:34, August 27, 2007 (UTC) Or can anyone back up the statement? 74.101.118.195 04:21, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
I've definitely seen them put Keasbey in the middle of P/CP. If you search "Point Keasbey Nights Counterpoint" on Google, you can easily find video proof of it. As for Failing, Flailing, I can't recall ever having seen them play that live, but I've only seen them a handful of times, so I can't personally disprove it. --24.118.95.131 (talk) 09:25, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
If And When We Rise
[edit]In the intro to "If And When We Rise" you can hear Tomas Kalnoky say "Moderate Rock", a reference to a Nirvana song (Radio Friendly Unit Shifter) where Kurt Cobain says the same thing in the intro.
i can't hear it, how many seconds into the song??
If this is not specified that "fact" will be removed from the article. Digital.unicorn 02:07, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
its around 2-3 seconds. its faint. but i heard it. if you look for it you can hear it, its behind the guitar. if anyone isnt convinced ill edit it in audacity so its more apparent and post it here. Ksharpe126 4:54PM {EST} 03 June 2007
Here's to Life
[edit]No one mentioned the Kurt Cobain reference... "And K.D.C., you were much too young! And you changed my life! But I draw the line at suicide! Here's To Life!!" Kim is cool 01:57, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
Pentimento Reprint?
[edit]Since Kalnoky started Pentimento Music Company and attained the rights to Streetlight, subsequent reprints of this album change the text at the bottom from "A VICTORY RECORDS/RISC GROUP PRODUCTION" to "A PENTIMENTO MUSIC COMPANY PRODUCTION" (source, contrast with the cover currently on the article). Is this worth mentioning in the article or is it too negligible of a difference? --Rena-kun (talk) 22:46, 12 October 2020 (UTC)
