Scooby Snacks was nominated for deletion. The discussion was closed on 2 February 2024 with a consensus to merge. Its contents were merged into Scooby-Doo. The original page is now a redirect to this page. For the contribution history and old versions of the redirected article, please see its history; for its talk page, see here.
With all due respect to those venerable colleagues at AfD, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Scooby Snacks does seem like an act of cultural vandalism, the young whippersnappers enforcing an act of trans-generational cultural vandalism perhaps. While the outcome was merge, the discussion looks to have had strong arguments for keep too. So, what I propose is to the complete the merge, then WP:SPLIT the content on Scooby Snacks to, ah, perhaps Scooby Snacks on the grounds that the Scooby-Doo article is WP:TOOBIG. Alternatively, do we have consensus here to ignore the AfD outcome? Klbrain (talk) 10:58, 28 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This should be a link to Scoubidou_(song) the 1958 song that lent its name to the scoubidou hobby that is linked. Its lyric Scoubidoubi ouh sounds almost identical to Scoobydooby-doo, however there is no citation providing evidence. Gaskarth (talk) 10:41, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
