I want to cordially greet anybody visiting this page. Unfortunately, I can't presume to be a heavy participant in lot of Wikipedia articles or the like, even after an early start in 2001 creating the Microkernel and Monolithic OS related pages, but I sincerely want to put a little sand of grain in the border of this inmensurable ocean of the unknown.
Some personal info
Fjor (or using his original alias, Francisco de Jesús Orozco Ruiz) is currently managing the main data center, network and Internet/Intranet services in the Centro de Enseñanza Técnica Industrial (CETI), in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. He has been professor of Networking Basics, Operating Systems, C and Pascal Programming and Numerical Analysis in that university. His formation includes Industrial Engineering in Instrumentation and Control, and Electricity Technologies. He learned computing, networking, programming and a little DevOps almost by himself, with help of a lot of people, often without their consent.
He likes computer programming a lot, particularly using C, C++, BASH shell, Microsoft Visual FoxPro, PHP, xBase, and now Python, and interfacing with MySQL and other database engines, but he seems not so proficient in HTML, Perl, awk, sed, and Pascal. His vices are computers, videogames and science fiction novels (only ask his wife and two daughters!), and his favorite hobby is indefinitely tweaking his Linux servers and stuffing his little smartphone with e-books to read at every available time. Regrettably, his work and family activities have prevented him to be an active Wikipedia colaborator, but it is a permanent, even if difficult to reach, goal of him.
