Template talk:Newpagelinks
I'm not putting that on my user page, it's too ugly. -- Tim Starling 07:33, Sep 10, 2004 (UTC)
When it was created, the whole point was to have links to new pages from user pages, which are ranked high on google, thus hopefully increasing the chances of being crawled. Replacing the numbers with dots would still accomplish that "whole point," but perhaps the whole point has changed. Dori | Talk 06:48, Nov 6, 2004 (UTC)
I'm now splitting the main page and user page versions so this one will go back to the more sedate version without lots of category links. Jamesday 17:33, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
